# Help and FAQ

*Updated: 12 October 2026*

## TELucation articles and folder

## How do I get a TELucation folder?

A folder is available at every institute and every dean’s office of TU Graz for staff and guests to browse through.

Individuals receive a personalised TELucation folder, for example, when they complete the Teaching Expert module of the Teaching Academy, as winners of the Award for Excellence in Teaching, or in their role as faculty representatives for virtual teaching or senior lecturers.

## How do I get new or missing articles for my folder?

New articles for the folder are published several times a year. New articles are often presented at events of the Vice-Rectorate for Academic Affairs of TU Graz.

All institutes, dean’s offices and individuals with a TELucation folder automatically receive new articles via internal mail. You can read the digital articles online on this website at any time.

If you are missing an article for your folder, please contact [telucation@tugraz.at](mailto:telucation@tugraz.at). Please note: the articles TC#05 and TOOLS#02 are only available as online editions.

## Are the articles online the same as in the folder?

To ensure there is something for everyone, the TELucation articles are available in print, as a PDF, as a web version and as an accessible Word version.

The web versions of the articles are updated about once a year so that all links work and outdated information is removed or marked. They may therefore differ from the printed articles or the PDF versions.

## How do I become the author of a TELucation article?

If you would like to share a didactic concept, a tool or best practices from your digitally supported teaching with others in a TELucation article, please get in touch at [telucation@tugraz.at](mailto:telucation@tugraz.at). You provide the content – the TELucation team takes care of the design and printing.

Writing a TELucation article can also be credited towards further training at the Teaching Academy, for example in the Teaching Expert module.

## Instructions for teachers

## How do I find instructions on a specific topic?

You can [start by topic](https://telucation.tugraz.at/en/guides/) and find suitable tools and instructions for your teaching and learning scenarios on the overview pages.

If you are looking for a specific guide, you can use the search at the top left. In addition to the regular search, you can also get an AI summary of the results there.

## I am missing a guide on a specific topic. Who can I contact?

If you are missing a guide for the TeachCenter or other tools or platforms supported by TU Graz, please contact us: [telucation@tugraz.at](mailto:telucation@tugraz.at)

In the TELucation guides, we focus on tools and platforms of the organisational unit Educational Technology, above all in the TeachCenter (the learning management system of TU Graz), as well as on other selected tools and platforms of TU Graz that are relevant for digital teaching. We do not create guides for third-party tools and platforms.

Guides for tools and programs operated by the Central IT Services (ZID) can be found in [TU4U](https://tu4u.tugraz.at/bedienstete/it-anleitungen-bedienstete).

The TeachCenter is based on Moodle, so you can also find further guides in the official [Moodle documentation](https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Main_page).

## Podcast “Lehren – Lernen – Lauschen”

## Can I also listen to the podcast on Spotify etc.?

Yes, the podcast “Lehren – Lernen – Lauschen” can be listened to here on the TELucation website as well as on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music.

On the TELucation website, you will also find the MP3 file and a transcript to download.

## How do I become an interview partner on “Lehren – Lernen – Lauschen”?

Do you have interesting stories to tell from your everyday teaching or from your special teaching-related role (senior lecturer, faculty representative, etc.) at TU Graz? Please get in touch: [vr-lehre@tugraz.at](mailto:vr-lehre@tugraz.at).

## Reuse

## May I reuse content from TELucation, and how do I cite it?

Yes, all content on TELucation is so-called “Open Educational Resources” and is licensed under a [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). This means it may be reused – you only need to state the licence and the authors.
