On TUbe, the video portal of Graz University of Technology, you can save videos in your browser with TUbe Downloads. You can then (continue to) watch these videos later when you are offline.
To watch videos on TUbe offline (e.g. while travelling, or when your internet connection is spotty), you can save videos for later while you are still online.
Before you can use TUbe Downloads, you have to enable the feature.
When first enabling the feature, you will see a tour through all the features.
As soon as the feature is enabled, you can use TUbe downloads on this device.
Open the video you would like to save for later.
Click add to downloads below the video.

Click the airplane icon next to your name / next to the login, or go to Downloads on the TUbe homepage to open the "Downloaded Videos" area. There, you will find a list of saved videos for offline viewing.

Some things to consider about TUbe Downloads:
TUbe Downloads are only stored in your browser cache and can only be viewed in the browser on the device in which they were saved (for example: a video saved on your laptop will not be available later on your mobile phone, even if you are logged in with the same account).
After saving, TUbe Downloads are not connected to your account. They are instead available to anyone who has access to your device. Keep this in mind especially when using shared devices so as not to infringe on the video creator's copyright.
While you are offline, you may not be able to access the TUbe homepage, but you can still access the saved videos directly from the Downloads page.
If the browser cache is cleared (e.g. by closing the browser or manually clearing the browser cache), the downloaded videos will also be lost.
By default, the videos are stored for 30 days. By clicking the renew button, you can reset the storage period to another 30 days (only available when logged in and with an internet connection).
